16.5 8 lugs. 38-42 tires for 17s

looking for a set of 16.5 8 lugs 8 on 6.5  with alittle bit of back spacing.

 also looking for a set of 38 to 42 inch tires. for a 17inch rim.

Im in Fresno ca. so the closer the better, dont really want to mess with shiping
