rear lower links. flat plate instead of DOM links

im 99.999999% sure they are not just flat plate. while they are probably built out of plate they are not one piece. they are probably built like most are building lowers now just like the baja racers

ya well i kinda figured it wasn't just plate steel but wasn't sure what else to call it. i am going to 4 link my rig this winter and was thinking that looked like a sweet set up.

Those links are a box link, made out of flat steel plate, the pieces were more then likely cut out on a CNC plasma or water jet machine.

So nothing too special? I have a buddy with a CNC machine. If thats all it is I could make those. How would they do in the rocks though?

They use them on a lot of the KOH type rigs. Here is a link to a new rig that Mustard Dog is building. Check it out.
