Ordering everything to flush coolant, add coolant filter and replace Oem coolant with EC-1 stuff, you guys with 6.0 what coolants to use?
1. Zerex CAT-EC-1
2.Delo EC1
3. Shell Rotella T
4. Shell Ultra ELC

Also Im changing the oil and usually use Motorcrafe 15w-40 but was considering getting a higher end oil in her, what of these do you guys recomend for the 6.0?
1. Motorcraft 15w-40
2.Rotella T 15w-40
3. Delo 40

I know all of these are safe and recomended for 6.0 PS, just wanting advice on what you used and liked. Im also now mixing TC-W3 (.5oz per. gal.) and Cetain Booster upon every fill up.

So since I have got my truck back from the auto body shop ive noticed a load clanking under the drivers side. I took it back to figure out the problem. It turns out that my shaft comeing out of my power steering box has approximetly 3/8" of play, allowing my steering to drift from left to right a little. Its wearing the crap out of my tires. The insuriance is saying their not covering it because of a defective pitman arm. Their mechanic is trying to tell me it the pitman arm iteslf and the shaft have bad splines (the pitman slipping on shaft) which is not the case its the box itself and not the splines. Regardless this happend because of the accident, because these issues where not present befor. But they trying to convince me that this is impossible because of an accident. BS i call, my Dana 60 was slammmed into the curb when it was rear ended. Its funny they can tell me that an impact wouldnt do this, but the impact ripped my axle out from under the truck. Im going to get a 2nd opinion today and talk derictly to insuriance management.

Just got a second quote, they said my Pitman arm and splines are fine. I have a bad heim joint on the pitman arm and my shaft comeing of my power steering box has alot a free play. Their telling me this had to be because of the accident, only a very hard impact could cause the steering box to break free internally like this.
