sometimes my 22re idles high around 1500rpm, it doesnt look like my throttle cable is hung up on anything idk what it is??

Check for a sticky throttle body or the dashpot isn't closing correctly.

Is you idle adjuster screw moving with heat or vibration?  Mine has and it messed with the idle randomly.  If so, replace the O ring in the idle adjuster screw on the TB.
