To be perfectly honest, the chance of ANYONE including all admins and moderators (it is definitely NOT member group dependent) is 3% right now.

You have a 3% chance to see a Turtle. So if you opened up 30 windows you would be guaranteed to see 1 Turtle.

However, since the rate of seeing one is so low, many Turtles are born almost every minuet and they are not being caught. It's strange how the script is coded. But after a couple of days, the log list of all "Uncaught" Turtles is so huge that actually the percent chance normalizes and actually naturally increases it's own rate.

So after a couple of days of many released Turtles that have not been caught, all of a sudden its like a 20% or 30% chance of catching one. So when I notice that I am getting to many, that must mean that everyone is getting many chances, so I will check the log and sure enough its got a lot of uncaught Turtles running wild all over the place, so with one mouse click I have to put them all down and then wait for more to breed.

Got it? Good.. I've attached a screen shot of what the Turtle log looks like right now. Currently, there are 896 Turtles in the log, and I would say about half of them have been caught. It's actually wwaayy to big so I should remove all of them soon.

that was toward bigmike...everyone will complain. the turtles are too fast...to slow. i'm getting too many evils...and they take off more then the good turtles i've got.
