We are now providing three order status options to our website's check-out to better process your online order. This should minimize shipping delays as well decrease the number of back orders in our system.
Here is the message...
Due to inventory levels a product that is in stock when ordered may be out of stock when your order is processed. Please let us know how you would like us to handle your order if this occurs.
And the available options are...
- Back Order (ship available items now - Not available for international orders)
- Cancel (cancel items that are out-of-stock)
- Hold (only ship order when complete)
This should decrease your order's processing time so we can get products to you faster
and we are offering this new service without charging any additional shipping for shipments that are broken up.
