My 76 ford 150 4wd for newer running HARLEY

76 ford 150 custom 4wd , 390 automatic tranny, 44 front 8 " Rear , coil spring in front leafs in rear.  99,690 original miles. Brand new 33/12.5 adventuro full mud nody
  as is, for smog,  mototr runs strong, trany shifts smooth for an automatic,

I'm looking to trade straight up for a newer well running HARLEY
