automatic trans and crawling

i was looking to get a 1991 toyota ext sas and all but the only thing is it has a automatic trans i was wondering if theirs any problems with the automatic trans and crawling . please help me out guys thanks. or if anyone wouldn't suggest getting a auto.

Not a problem at all, my favorite non-crawler geared rig was my auto. I used to called it my auto-crawler since with the auto trans you can use the throttle to control your movement. On the down side and I do mean down, going downhill with the auto can become an art form to keep it from running away but if you load up the e-brake it is easily manageable.
