is it possible to 4 link the front? or can it only be 3 linked?  and also i want to know how is it that you can get away with 4 linking the rear without cutting the frame I want to keep my bed anybody have specs on this idea.  I saw someone doing a 4 link and they cut off the frame from the cab back let me know.

You can 4link the front if you're running full hydro. You may need to move the axle forward some to do it. But most go 3link so they can maintain there mechanical steering. The idea here is to keep the suspension and axle moving in the same direction of the steering. Otherwise you get a ton of bump steer and it pretty much blows. In the front of a anything except a buggy a 3link is easier to fit in the given space.

As for 4linking the rear there are a ton of people that have done so with out frame mods. Its not necassary unless you're trying to keep the shocks above the axle. Im starting my build of the rear soon. Just got to clean a few things up and I'll start a thead.

sweet thanks for the ideas now you may not like what you hear but I like how jeeps are linked in the front they have my buddy has a rubicon long arm kit and what they did is put the upper control arms on the lower control arms it looks like it might work on a toyota aswell.

and what do you mean tacorunner about keeping the shocks above the axel     if I want to keep the frame then i wont be able to run shocks above the axel? Im confused a bit I was just gonna run like some coil springs between the frame and axel and some 14" bilstiens

Its all up to you on that, some guys chop the frame because they want to back half it, others want to keep the bed. What I should have said was so many guys that end up running coilovers on top of the axle also back half the truck. Get creative and you'll find ways not to half to.

As for the Jeep set up, its called a radius arm. Its Ok, you wont save any money doing it that way like some think but its an OK design type. Its good for the steet.

You will get alot of lift from the front end with this design type if you're running coilovers.
