Ball bearings in weep opening on R150F bell housing??!?
« on: Feb 18, 2011, 06:43:27 AM »
I was under my truck (see sig) & noticed several small ball bearings were blocking the weep hole in the bottom of my bell housing....I installed a M/C HD clutch about 40k miles ago (2007) and I'm guessing this is from the clutch release bearing.  Why no terrible grinding or noise when I push the clutch in??  It's as quiet as a mouse....

I'm pretty sure they're too big for the pilot bearing.  Replaced EVERYTHING with OEM Denso...don't know why either one would have grenaded....
