Subject says it all - I just want an old pre-smog beater to get around town in since it looks like I'm having to sell my car. (ie - budget here is $500-$1000, tops - can't spend money getting it to pass smog, nor do I wish to deal with it). Engine works, tires work, brakes work - interior and the rest isn't important.
