We are happy to release our next HD t/case flange: The 4-30

Product page: http://www.marlincrawler.com/transfer-case/parts-upgrade/four-pattern-30-spline-flange
This flange is on a 25% off introductory sale (ends on the 28th at 4pm PST).

This new four pattern, 30-spline transfer flange fits all 1988-1995 V6 Hilux & T100 and 1995+ Tacoma/Tundra/FJ Cruiser/4Runner chain drive transfer cases and includes patterns for the following 13 applications:

  • RN Hilux 79-83 front CV driveshaft
  • RN Hilux 84+ non-CV driveshaft
  • RN Hilux 84-95 front CV driveshaft
  • RN Hilux 84-95 front CV driveshaft (drilled out)
  • RN Hilux 86-87 Turbo t/case outputs
  • VN Hilux 88 t/case outputs
  • VN Hilux 88-95 front CV driveshaft
  • 1988-1995 Hilux, 3VZ-E, 5spd
  • 1988-1995 4Runner, 3VZ-E, 5spd
  • 1995-2004 Tacoma, Auto/5spd
  • 1996-2002 4Runner, Auto/5spd
  • 2005+ Tacoma, Auto/5spd
  • 2007+ FJ Cruiser, Auto/5spd

Like our 5-27 (five pattern, 27-spline flange), we made the flange extra strong by increasing the wall thickness. Check this out, we've increased the wall thickness this time by 135% over stock:

Features include...

  • 135% thicker cross section.
  • Intermediate shoulder height for cross-compatibility between front and rear transfer case output use.
  • Increased spline length = increased spline contact.
  • Compatible with 13 different Toyota driveline applications.
  • Dust shield included & installed.

The intermediate shoulder height we designed means you only need one flange to fit either front or rear t/case outputs (only a 1/4" offset change). No more carrying front and rear-specific flanges!

Here is what we did to a stock Toyota Tacoma flange. Don't let this happen to you!

On a side note, keep in mind that our 30-spline Chromoly output shafts (for gear drive t/cases) are stronger than the stock Toyota Tacoma flanges. Therefore we had to make a stronger flange to keep up with our crazy strong outputs. Nevermind how strong other aftermarket outputs claim to be, we have the only outputs that are stronger than stock flanges :yesnod:

Actually you are correct. We did make a few five pattern 30-spline flanges (5-30) but we decided that if you are running 30-spline output shafts, then you aren't gonna be using the early flanges with tiny 8.2mm driveline bolts, so we removed that pattern.

That pattern is still available on our five pattern 27-spline heavy duty flange, the 5-27.
