Fan and Fan Shroud
« on: Jan 03, 2011, 11:59:22 AM »
I am looking for a reasonably priced fan and aluminum shroud combo for a 95 4runner. I have checked summit racing and Jegs. I just want to make sure that I am getting the right size. Do I measure just the width and height of the area with the fins or do I measure the width between bolt holes on the radiator and total top to bottom of the radiator. Thanks.

Just go to your local wrecking yard.....or you can go with a electric fan conversion and eleminate your fan clutch at the same time.

Just a thought...

You can do an electric fan pretty cheap. Search taurus fan on here or pirate to learn more. I put an escort fan on my first gen and it works great...and I never have to worry about the fan getting into the shroud anymore.
