Its pretty easy.  Start by opening the filler door and pulling the 3 screws that hold the nozzle to the bed.  Then you'll need to take the 6 bolts out that hold the tank skidplate out to drop that.  Next I put a floor jack under the tank so you can drop it slowly.  You'll then need to pull the 6 bolts that hold the tank in place.  Once it is down a few inches you'll be able to get the fuel lines and the wireing harness unplugged and finish dropping it all the way.  The only tools that you'll need are a 12mm with about 6" of extension for the skidplate and tank mounting bolts.  A 17mm and a 19mm wrench for taking the highpressure fuel line off the tank.  A phillips screwdriver to pull the filler tube mounting screws and the 8 fuel pump mounting screws.  Also a pair of slip joint pliers to take the clamps off of the return and vent lines.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Trash is correct...pax side, 4x8 inch panel. Might be a bit rusty. access that and you have a direct shot at the gas tank.

Gizmo ........ Remember if you run into any rusty screws or break a plastic type nut.....flopp it, your local Toyota dealer has all the parts you need. No worries....

Good luck....

Trash I like your new photo............hahahaha
