I have no idea how I didn't break anything. I drove the whole event the same way. I'll post Mikes run on the rocks in his bronco. It was much worse than it looked. There was 2 big boulders at the end I chose to straddle them and not break like Mike did. My run on the rocks got deleted. At least 4 d44 shafts broke and 1 d60. And the lone toyota on 42's never broke. HA HA!!

Well the trade for the Iroks fell through. We tried my tires on my brother-in-laws truck and..not so good on a full size chevy on 10 wides. Bad flat spots. He drives it daily. They did fine on mine,I have 12 wides. I drove it to town a few weeks ago and it was fine. A little shimmy shimmy shake but normal for a 42 on a 15' rim. We tried the airsoft BB's but no luck. So I'm gonna get some rockers I hope. I built it for the snow and our local top truck challenge. I fixed my busted winch controller and wired it up to a 3 way switch on my dash. Next I'm gonna do first Gens up front and move my box forward. I've got about 4 months before the snow flies. My fuel gauge stopped working again and now my temp gauge works when it wants to. Time to install those auto meters I have.

UPDATE!! I got the iroks But I missed the snow season thanks to top truck 2012. I still have the TSL'S to put on my 1 ton ram charger.

Ok so it's been a while since I have posted an update. I know my thread sucks but it is what it is. I got the Iroks and can't wait for the snow. Last year at top truck I bent all 4 leaf springs, the front and rear housings, twisted the splines on one of my longs. So I found out the 8.4's have weak housings and the front end does"t like hitting 2 foot logs at speed LOL. So i moved the steering box all the way forward, put some rears up front and put in some new housings with some trussing on the front end. I also finished the rear wheel wells and shortened a hard top to fit. I replaced the rear springs with some skyjackers from an 89-94 with 4's of lift.  Today we balanced the Iroks and glued them to the rims, Redid the rock ram mounts to clear my u bolt flip kit and put on some 12' shocks so my front end doesn't bottom out. I also set the toe better and now she drives like a dream. I'm gonna get a gopro hero 2 and will be posting some video soon.

Here is a pic at top truck. I did the event in 2wd so I could turn.(E-locker up front) I got a little throttle happy and did a monster truck wheelie and then hit the 2 foot log witch threw my rear end 3ft in the air. It caught me by suprise and I came down under full throttle. It bent my rear springs and broke a UJoint. Here is a pic.http://s756.beta.photobucket.com/user/snowwalker2010/media/IMG_0005.jpg.html?sort=3&o=19

Time for a little update. I missed the snow seasion in '11 worked on it all summer '12 took her out 7 times last winter and had a blast. I traded my first gen for some Iroks on 8lug wheels with stauns. They worked awesome. took off the front bumper and winch, nerf bars and inner cooler. Shaved off 300lbs! Worked much better in the snow. Have a bunch of short vids on youtube more on my Fb page. Here is some video of the last run of the year.
