John is now 1 of only 2 drivers to start and finish all 5 KOH races. He crossed the line physically in 23rd place.
Thanks for the update Brendan. Both Bevin and my 3RZ's got a hair over 100 wheel horse power with the stock ECU. I was hoping they could pickup some power by using the SDS engine management. I was hoping to see around 120 whp. It will be great to see the final power band. It is likely they were able to broaden the power band but not able to increase the "peak" output maybe.Of course a wider power band is superior, and that is exactly what the 3RZ offers BigMike
I couldn't attend the event but received many updates throughout the day! Great job John!! Starting at 80-something and running into that 30-car pile-up didn't help at all yet you guys still placed a great finish! Many
Congrats to John and Mike!! I saw them at Outer Limits on the second lap. They were in the top 15 or so trucks to go through there on the second lap. Funny to watch all the big V8 buggies having to rely on RPM to crawl up it but John just about idles the whole thing!! Who is the other driver to finish all 5 Hammers?
