Very nice set up.

I'd like to pose a question here...except for filling up tires and plowing off dust, I prefer electrical tools over air. How about y'all?

kinda, i guess it depends..... an electric drill is awesome, because i cant supply enough air with my compressor to run an air drill, but an air impact will run circles over my electrical impact

Air ratchet, air hammer are nice. I like air impact cause they are way smaller than electric to get into tight spaces.

Nice space dude! congrats on the house! the only thing i could suggest is doing the same thing you did with your air to some 110 in front and rear of garage. that way if you need a drop light or extension cord its there, and all you do is let it wind back up for easy storage.

Totally! A electrical reel will be key. I have way too much power going to the work bench, two 20 amp circuits. So I think I am going to extend one up to the ceiling for a reel and the other under the bench for permanently plugged in items, like the small drill press, phone, battery chargers, and bench grinder. I hate loose plugs always on the bench

Well I've been goofing around the garage so I built a clamp rack thingy and a holster for my mig gun. It seems every time I set it down I loose 5 feet of wire. Also got a new hood, my buddies HF kept flashing me and my eyes are screwed up enough. So here you go and a pict from before I started.

Well I figured out a few more things I need today, obviously a floor jack, taller jack stands, and a bottle opener on the work bench. I had today off and the girl was at work so I finally had time to work on the rig.

During the roundup I stripped my rear drain plug out and had to cross-thread a new one back in(thanks Rocky). So today I decided to pull the axle and shave it. Things went really quick finally having a garage, but still had to use a bottle jack and lumber under my jack stands to get them to frame height. So here are the pictures.

ive always wondered, when people shave their axle, how do they drain it? lift up one end and take out the axle?

Looking good man   I have a spare rear housing, I am gonna do the same thing, good info and pics.  I might rotate mine a little bit towards the Tcase, so I can keep my calipers in the same position + Armor.

Garage is looking good.

Thanks, while I have it out and empty I'll probably put on some good protection.

Ok, I just found some old guy on craigslist who lives 2 blocks from me and is selling all his crap. So I got a Milwaukee chop saw, an oxy acetylene torch with full tanks, and a harbor freight bender (I know they suck) with all the dies for 200 bucks.

Well another busy day. Bought a few things, torch with owner bottles, tube bender($20), 3 ton floor jack, and a 12 ton press. Also finished the axle and about to put it in.

Hooked up today with the old guy who I got most my stuff from, Hung out and listened to stories of his racing days. He is cleaning out his shop and has a ton of tools. Got this off him for 25 bucks. Also getting another air compressor for free. Its a Craftsman 33 gallon 6 hp. Here's the press...

I just ended up running a soft hose up to my hose reel. It's been working good for now.

Built a cart for my torch and a flower vase for the lady. She saw one like this in a store for 200 bucks. It was good to play with sheet metal a little. Gonna let it rust up.
