I need one for my 4runner. Mine is all blown out.

Either gutted or with everything, I dont care. Id perfer one that Has the revers lights in the center (by the license plate) but if not then Ill take the other one. If its black, id even be more stoked.

Looking for CHEAP. Needs to be somewhat close to Chico CA.
