94 4runner front axle swap

reserching for a front axle swap all custom 4 link
1. what is te best yota axle to use?
2. what break conversion to use ?
3. any other short cut or  money savers you can throw in would help.

there is a ton of options. give us some more detail. how much $ do you want to put in to it?

im lookin at about 1200 to 1500 less is more its a daily driver, hunting rig and moderate wheeler

would be cheaper and easier to run springs. find a 1st gen. axle, do some minor mods like high steer and maybe get some v6 brakes. swap the rear springs to the front and get some 63" chevies for the rear and call it good.

if you are going to DD it..... just runs leafs dude. coils and links is overkill for a DD.

Don't know why anyone would put themselves through the torture of doing coils and links on a DD.  It's not like they're going to give you smoother ride...

Agree, besides if you do links and coils you will be over what you previously said you wanna spend real fast. I would estimate it about $2500 or more by the time your all said and done. Leafs work great for a DD

well guys all custom work is going to be done in house and thank you for the advise i wil look more into it. any web sites would help for kits

Any 85 or earlier toyota axle would work just fine. If you wanna go bling bling, a diamond or trail gear axle would be pretty sweet. I personally would go diamond on a clean DD rig myself but would be more money. If cheap and easy is what your looking for a early toyota front end is best
