got the mainshaft gear pressed on back to work.

well i have 2wd and 4 hi it wont let me shift into 4 lo got to open it back up again.

well got it all apart and found out that you have to grind the

out of the shift rail block to make it pass the bigger gear and engage. Put it all back together last night and good to go

now to install it to the flat bud built cross member

got some pics to put up of the finished t case all painted and the case flat bud built mount all painted coming soon... I have a new austin powers shagadelic twist i am putting on the buggy 8)

make leaf spring pack-ruf didn’t work out
fill t case and transmission
washers on the t case mount
install speakers
finish gauges
install new seats
make the winch work off toggle in dash
mount 38's on the rims
fix broke tie rod
finish rock lights
last coat of paint (monster blue and black)
fix fuel cell cap
fix front square d line
=================================
add support to cage and rear passanger area
rear seat mock up
finish floor in rear
mount spare 38
mount high lift
build and mount shocks

i only need 2 for the test trip. I dont want to take the kids if there are problems that I do not know about. The rig will b a 3 seater. The third seat will be on a pull pin so when the kiddos do not go the ice chest will clip to the same rail the seat was on.

I've never seen buggy leafs stick out that far. Are you foreseeing any issues with it?
