Topic: Whats up w/ short Dove Season?

Got up this morning to go do some Dove hunting and season was over on the 15th?   isn't that about 2 weeks short.

Re-population, maybe the bird's are getting thin?

  I thought early dove season was a week or two long, with late season being a couple months or so?

I was under the impression dove ran for close to a month. I think it's only been open for 2 weeks.

Wasn't aware there's a late season?   when's it start?

I'd have to look it up, but it seems like it's early november or so and runs through january 31st or whenever.
