3.0L vs 3.4L Blocks

is the 3.4 and the 3.0 the same basic block?   ie the oil pan pattern is the same, or the water pump is the same, ive heard wither way.

also, anyone know if a fan from a 3.0 will bolt onto a 3.4L clutch.

I've heard they are the same block, just bored out.

The fan stuff should also be interchangeable.

most everything is interchangeable.

Yes, the fans as well.

I have a 3.4 in my 92 and using the stock 92 fan and fan clutch.

92 Toyota x-cab, 3.4 swapped, R150 5 speed, 2.8/4.7 SAS
