you need to take the bare block to your local machine shop and let them bore it to clean all scratches out, then and only then should a piston size be determined.  DONT BUY KEITH BLACK PISTONS

get stock style pistons, and dont go over .040

have your crank checked by the machine shop and get your rods checked and possibly resized (sometimes the rods become egg shaped)
