Topic: 3.4 Taco r150f wanted...trade for 3.0 r150f??

Longshot I know, but i have a 3.0 r150f 5speed but i need a Taco one and the bellhousing.

If you have one for sale, or would want to trade let me know. Mines in great shape. No issues. I just need the clutch lever on the other side.

Just an fyi, you can use the 3.0 trans. Just need to swap out the input shaft to the longer 10" unit. they cost about 80 bucks from Cobra Transmissions. thats what i did. The later r150s had bigger bearings. like 95 and up. Stronger trans in my opinion. I have 2 of them converted now. getting ready to sell them as i am going to an automatic.

Are you trying to put this trans into a Tacoma/4runner?

just an idea to maybe save you time/money/labor?  Could you get away with running a hard line to have the clutch slave cylinder on the passenger side?
