I dont know what TYPE of tire your wanting to run, but if you go to like 4wheelparts.com you can get a Q78-15 TSL , they are 36" tall for a 7" wide rim, pizza cutters for sure
Sand, what fun, drop pressure to 12psi, stock tires are still digging, can't afford to get stuck, 8psi, still not working. Find a place to GET OUT, air up, un-lock hubs,  WAIT whats this, hubs are UN-LOCKED already. 2wd, 8psi, stock tires, Oregon sand dunes.

well I believe narrow is better narrow is better. 12.5 isn't bad but I want the best of both worlds. I want really good road ability and great off road performance. also expecting a million miles of the tier. lol that's all. I think good year mtr's are best bet. any input. Ill check out that site. I wouldn't mind a swamper. life is full of compromises.

Yeah snow is a weird one, if you can float over it, cool! But if not you want them pizza cutters to get through to the bottom of it and still roll forward not building piles of snow in front of it

a bias ply tier is really not what I hoping for for. the more I think about it though I really don't need to drive it far distances. In the summer I got the 88 mustang lots of bolt on's and 3.73's. Its a fun car. and I really don't go to far in the winter I work for a highway dept. hence always on call.I need to decide soon. Do you have a set of the swampers you drive down the road everyday???
