I saw your response in the post for the supra r154? thrust bearing problem and you were talkin about lsds in supras. What I'm wondering is, since you mentioned putting an aftermarket lsd in your supra is it the same as the factory lsd, I mean is it just meant to fit a regular 8" third, not irs or solid axle specific? The reason I'm curious is I picked up a loaded center section out of an '87 supra w/lsd for about $35 at a local wrecker, and am assuming it should work in my truck, but would rather know before I take it in with my thirds to my gear guy. Also I'm curious why you wanna use another brand of lsd instead of the stock unit, which I'm assuming was made by Eaton since they make the current ones. My brother was thinking they were rebuildable and if you knew what you were doing you could sorta adjust the amount of slip. Thanks in advance, and anybody else that knows any solid facts about this please pipe in, Nate
