I bought this Weber 32/36 about a year ago off of ebay, and paid 300 plus shipping for it.  It is the complete kit with adapters and air filter.  I ended up buying a new rig with fuel injection, and this has been sitting in the original box since.  I would like to get 275 plus shipping, obo for this.  I can get pictures if you would like just let me know.  I am also open to trades.  I really need some 5.29's and a v6 detroit, but let me know what you got.  Located in Greer, Sc.

I am not sure I will have my dad check it out tomorrow and see. I didn't know that they made one that is, but it doesn't really make a difference here.

I checked with the company I bought it from and they said it is not smog legal.  Sorry man.  For those interested the part number is k746-1-t.
