$300 new. Gonna use it to (hopefully) fix all the rot in the floor of my cab. Once I start doing something besides practicing I’ll start a thread.

my dad built it for me when I was 12 and wanted a room outside of our house, I thing 1995/1996

Looks like about 10x12 or so. My house is roughly 30x30. Plan on the shop being a minimum of 40x60

I believe it was a -10x-12, don't need a permit in my county for anything under 10x12
outbuilding not supposed to be lived in, no utilities.
My dad always moved us out to the middle of nowhere with no electricity, god knows why
I could find arrowheads by the 5gal bucket full, no clue how Indians made that many. someday I will go back there and try to find some

I used to have a camp on the mobile river. Only access was by boat. I loved it. Until the state government decided the land it was on was being annexed in their forever wild program and they burnt it down.

I like the post not the subject. The government annexed some private land here for a "park" and have still done nothing with it in 40-50 something years

It's on a small point that may be and acre tops. They will NEVER do anything with it. Just burnt it because they can forcibly take your land.
All that is left is a pile of tin and the falling dock/boat shed

i've lived in Oregon and Montana. Walked the subzero temperatures in Montana. I know it would be hard. I'm tired of people making rules about life.

A friend in high school had a VW with a Ford 4 cylinder in it. And the radiator was mounted under the car. So they had cranked up the suspension to clear it.

I know what you mean.... my second car was a '62 Beetle. PO must have removed the radiator cuz I never could find it. Anyway it never boiled over!!

I guess it ran cool because the heater / defroster was like an asthmatic hamster blowing through a straw. And that is the truth.
