i ran 5.71's for a year or so on my 2nd gen with 42's.  went through three sets in less than a year, but i drove it really hard.  dropped to a 37 and went 5.29, and they work great.  same set in there the last 6 or years, and i've driven it harder than i ever had.  i think 5.29's are a great combo for 37's.
