fixable 3.slow

pulling a 3.0 with a bad head gasket still runs never got hot .It slowly went and i quit driving it can still start it but pulling it soon $200 complete motors in fresno hit me up

When i bought it it 68k ithink i put about 10k on it.

Is it just the long block or does it come with intake, exhaust manifolds, alternator, starter, injectors, etc?

Do you still have the 3.0? Did it ever mix the oil with the coolant? Any other info about it? What year did it come out of? is it still in the truck?
