dude, another way is to put the pic in PAINT... everycomputer has paint ''i think'' and then just size it down i think i put 25%  or maybe 50%.. i dont remember and then save it to the comp and blam there ya go!! you get a pretty good size pic and normal quality pics!! well goodluck man!!  :beerchug:
