3/4 ton ford axles?

has anybody put ford 3/4 ton axles under their yota? is it possible like with the differential being on the opposite side of the transfercase drop?

i think you could swick your long an short to change the side couldnt you? i think ive heard of this being done...or shitch your tcase drop side

sounds like alot of work. I would just get a chevy axle and be done,
1993 4door  s10 Tahoe. 4.3 th350c duel toys w/4.7 rear, D60 front 5.13 welded. 14Bolt rear 5.13 mini spool,hydro assist, TG 5HD front springs, 63s out back. h2s with 39x14 17 Pit Bull Madd Dogs

cept as far as i know chevy dont got a high pinion axle.....  The 78-79 Dana 44 1/2 ton axle is easy to acquire, already setup with coils and very easy to convert to 6 lug (or 8 if thats what you need) with chevy OR Ford parts....

77-79 F250's are leaf sprung high pinion...

AND you can get ORD shafts for em that are no questions asked guarantee. . . . Ask me how i know LOL

yea i would be alot of work.... but some of us work with what we got lol......

yeah cuz see i got some axles off a 79 f 250 that we were origonaly gonna put on my brothers jeep but we sold it and their just sitting their and im just curios to is it worth putting em on or selling them and use the money for whatever

its not a bad idea for using them just get a different tcase but they are beefy
