Topic: Wanted: Various 1st Gen Toyota Parts

Hey guys,

I'm located in the Bay Area, CA and looking for some parts for my first gen toyota ('83 4x4 pickup).

1) Front radiator support brace (the one that runs vertical from below the radiator and attaches into the hood latch, with bolts.

2) A couple of sets of square headlight housing hardware (it seems the PO decided that zip ties would somehow be sufficient for adjusting the headlights). I don't need the lights, or the housings, just the springs/bolts/ect that attach the light to the housing.

3) Sun visors, preferably gray or tan, with attachment screws/bolts.

4) Latch for rear sliding window.

5) Wiper fluid reservoir cap.

Also, I'm looking for a spare 35" tire on 6-lug toyota rim, if anyone has one.

 For the wiper reservoir cap, try a "Gatorade" bottle cap. Should fit snug.
 Late model '89 to '95 visors I think are the same size. I may have light brown '82. will check.
 I have the hood latch brace w/ bolts. Whats it worth to you? plus shipping.

I just finished restoring an 83 4x4. If you are in it for the long haul, I found that most parts are still available if you have a local DEALER that shares your passion. I just bought a roof skin, one of three in the world, for around $300. shipped from Japan. I'm just saying, 25 year old parts are 25 years old, new parts should last 25 more years. Thats just me.

Sun visors, 79-83 tan, with attachment screws/bolts-there are two versions one that has the extension visor piece that goes over the mirror and one that deosn't.  I should have either set complete. 30.00 per set

 Latch for rear sliding window.  I have several complete rear sliders available

All of my parts are in good working condition and most have been professionally cleaned.  Ready to install.  PM me if you are interested.
