I run front and rear lock rights in my yota and they work just fine for wheeling . No problems as most of the club members in my local club run them in their jeeps and other rigs .

I run a lock right up front (welded rear). It's been in for two years and no problems.
A few weeks ago I up-graded to 5.29 gears and looked over my front Locker... All looks fine.
It even survived me busting a birf.

They have essentially identical designs.  If a tally was taken a higher percentage of LockRights have broken but this doesn't mean that they are not a quality product.  The biggest difference is the Aussie Locker has softer springs allowing it to transition from locked to unlocked more easily and probably more quietly.  Mine has always worked when needed and I certianly wouldn't want it any harder to unlock.

I say go Aussie Locker and never look back.

I've been running a lockrite in the front for about three years. Never had a problem with it.

been running one for two years on a DD/trail runner and have never had any issues. i would recommend one to anybody with zero regrets about doing it   :twocents:

just put new pins in it after blowing my last birf, have one snow run on the new pins and it was working like it i expected it to... didn't even think about it and gave it hell

been running locrite for about 7 years never had a problem. Have blown a pinion up and the locker still works great.  They clame the aussie locker is easier to install but i have never had a problem. Put some grease on the 4 pins so they dont slide around and slide those spings in and your ready to roll.  :twocents:
