2016. I have a 2l and get almost 30mpg.  Environmentalist laws like this are a freakin joke.

#2036 We (the Diesel truck owners in CA) need to tell the elected officals in the state capitol that were fed up with all the half baked stupid laws and regulations that they think WE need, it seems to me that all their doing is making it harder for the small business man to continue to work here in this state. LET THEM KNOW YOUR NOT HAPPY! its your god givin right as an AMERICAN LEGAL CITIZEN! :usa:

shitlbuffout-A saying among 4x4 and off road enthusiasts. Its said after damage normally cosmetic to minor parts damage has occurred on there rig or vehicle. Shitlbuffout is :pokinit: will buff out as in the :pokinit: being the damage will buff as in painted over cleaned polished or "buffed" out.

Fyi. Any vehicle pre 97 you can still install a diesel and be smog exempt.  California is probably the easiest state in this respect . Just a statement of facts form.  No need for a state ref.  Don't let them tell you otherwise
