Put a jumper wire in the fuel-pump test connector.This will turn the pump on when the ignition is on, pressurizing the system before you start cranking.If that solves the problem, you're losing pressure when it sits.
I always thought about that because when i turn the ignition on, I dont hear any noises from fuel pump. and I can see it thru my floor because of my missing inspection plate. But lately its been startin up really easy in the 15 degree mornings.
