Not too many updates, went to go get tube for the partial exo today. Hopefully we can get started on it as soon as my buddy finishes his cage on his FJ40 which would be around or after KOH. Gotta trim the rear fenders, get shock hoops done, rebuild rear axle...the list goes on.

Found this trailer at some kids house, got to test my tow rig

8 sticks of 1.75 .120 Hrew sticking out on the trailer  8)

None of the two trailers are mine  :gap: We just strapped on to my FJ80 and wanted to see how it would tow a 2500 pound trailer. Didnt even feel it back there but it'll probably  be a different story with my truck on top  :headscratch:

Some updates.. I got my cases done the other day at Teags house, thanks to all 234897234872347 brawlers that helped me out as you guys walked by

me and Eric have started the cage but not finished it. Planning to work on it again after Tin Benders. Seems like the list is getting somewhat shorter

So we started with the side pillars and a halo

Tucked it

and slapped the fender on just to kinda get an idea of what we are working with

Thats about it.

Well I finally got to log on and update this thread..I got to take the truck to Peps Off Road Truck show in So Cal. Id like to thank Eric (FJ40FORLIFE) for all the hard work he put into it to help me get it to the show. Here some pics

First we finished up the front cage with the bars up in the front

We had a mess up in the front so we finally got to bending some tube. Erics dad took some measurements up I cut the tubes to size and Eric got to bending and notching them up. We got the front end done in about a day.

Thanks to Donald (EarlKann) and the guys who got to push me in to my spot. Pic taken by SirMarlon

the next day we unloaded the truck off the trailer and we got to play around w it. heres a poser flex shot. Gotta get the damn springs to settle

and I even got to come back w a trophy. Thanks Peps
