my 85 runner

my 85 runner does run but not very good.   ran fine then someone stole the batteri out of it and now not very good.   any ideas in chico,   cali.   need help. :biggthumpup: :help:

ran good then the batterie had been stolen at night.      now it's really shaky and smells like gas.  please help.

did it sit for a while after the tweeker borrowed your battery?
maybe the mass air is stuck making it sputter and run rich and smell like gas

when they pulled your battery did they mess up any of the grounds? x2 need pics plus your in chico so thats cool.

Yeah I was going to suggest that as well - they might have yanked it out hard and tore up the harness or just purposely yanked stuff loose - like the little hoses and such that go to the TPS and smog and so on just to mess with you.

its located on the side of the throttle body has a plug going into it. there are also some vacumn hoses going into the top of the throttle body.
