just an update,
as of today, (9-11-2011) this is what need to be done

                o) find some calipers for the vented rotors...
                o) route / inspect all brake lines
                o) convert top shift t-case to forward shift
                o) install trans/t-case
                o) fab trans/t-case cross-member and frame mounts
                o) figure out a way to mount steering column to dash (2nd gen column to 1st gen dash)
                o) get drive lines
                o) fab mounts for bed sides
                o) fab spare (2)tire rack
                o) fab rear roll bar/in bed cage
                o) fab front bumper
                o) rock sliders
                o) PAINT!!!
