Topic: ARB is leaking out 90w, out of the airline?

My ARB equipped front differential is leaking oil out of the airline connection on the back of the third member. What the heck could cause this? What the heck could it take to fix this? The airline is not connected and I haven't driven it for three days. It seems that every time my garage heated up in the last three days it started leaking and when it cools off it stopped. All of this equals one unhappy wife, who wants to know why the garage stinks like old oil. When I explained it was only five months old synthetic 90w, it didn't make her happy.

is your diff breather clogged up?
is the arb fitting on the outside of the housing hooked up?  the main brass plug into 3rd, o-ring, and inner fitting? .  it sounds like the diff breather is clogged and it is pushing the oil through the o ring on the carrier and out the air line on top.

Whith the breather out it still leaks. I don't have an airline hooked up yet (waiting on a compressorr). How could oil leak in to the ARB? I bought the 3rd second hand so I would bet it is the old style, if that helps. Would the thermal expansion of the oil push it into the ARB and out the tube?

To what extent do I have to take apart the ARB to get to the Seal? To clarify on the top post the breather was clogged when it starting leaking but it continues now even with it removed.
