I don't want to be like everyone else Mikey. When I hit rocks where everyone else has hit I want to add some color not plain black. Actually the rocks almost looks bruised after they encounter my sliders, so it makes me feel like I hurt them too.

BigMike

Wait... are you implying that you actually take your truck wheeling? :headscratch:

The girlfriend and I just got back from Sierra Buttes (Tahoe National Forest) off Hwy 49 near Sierra City, CA. Nice scenery, and lots of 4x4 trails to explore. 4x4ing, Quads, Mountain Biking, and snowmobiling are huge in this area.

Our camp site at Salmon Creek campground:

Drive up some old Forest Service and 4x4 trails to park and then hike the rest to the top of the Sierra Buttes Fire Lookout:

Yeah, it's pretty sweet up there. I had to do a double take on your pictures, some of them look exactly like some I took.

Yup, good eye. Thanks!

It's an 86 and I didn't like the stock aluminum wheels that came with it. The chrome SR5 wheels are sweet, so that's what I went with. They also match with my chrome grill, bumpers, trim, and door handles.

I love Sardine Lake. Awesome scenery and great fishing too. This is my old stomping grounds. Did you run the ladder on the Snake Lake trail near Gold Lake? Cool pics.
