Nice rig even though it's a Zuk.  Just joshin ya.  It's a really, really nice rig. Seems you put a lot of thought into every thing you did. Not a bunch of trial and error stuff. I'll be sending my buddy Dave at http://www.asianautopartsofaz.com/suzukiindex.html this link for him to enjoy. Did you ever fix the TG hydro steering? What was wrong with it?

Yes I fixed my TG Full hydro. My PSC pump has taken a chit on me. PSC replaced it with no problems.

The trunion bearins and 6 shooters are not holding up to the 39's and full hydro. I'm going with the Marlin crawler 25mm steering pin upgrade.

one sweet Zuk!

* Tex - When you were popping gears in the shogun setup... did you have the low gears in the sidekick case too? or stock gears?

How's the dual 4.7's holding up? That's crazy low.

Come on you know who your talkin to here. The shogun box + 6.5.1 t-case+ 39's+ my heavy foot= BOOM!!   You don't have anything to worry about running 36's.  Welcome to the Marlin forum James

haha I just remember how stupid low it was out at Hollister. Standing on brake in 3rd and still turning. Thought maybe you went with the low gears in the kick-case. And yes, "heavy foot" is an understatement.

That settles it then. I'm going Yota doubler. Already got my hands on one top shift. Slowly but surely. The 36's already look small... lol

Thanks Brent  :beerchug:

My new PSC / Eaton full hydro steering. I'm getting rid of the Trail Gear hydro.

Petroworks broken engine mount. The welds didn't even penitrate the steel. Very shitty work.

Got my Trail Tough unbreakable engine mounts. These things are very nice. I wish these would have been avalible when I bought my Petroworks kit.
