looks good i think i want round tube instead of square tubing and i want a little bigger stringer

I find at home square is a lot easier to do. And to be honest square is stronger.

yeah i have a friend with a shop and he has a bender and everything to make it so i am going to go with round tubing cuz i think it looks better

Here's a few pics of my bumper I built.  1 1/2" .120 wall tubing,  3/8" thick winch plate,  1/2" plate for side supports/D-Ring recovery point.  And I used Front Range Offroad sever duty front bumper crossmember plate that gets welded acoss the front where the original bumper bolts too.  It really adds alot of strength.
