Hey Guys, I got the pricing!!!

Marlin has the camera right now, so I couldn't take any pictures. But I will do that next week and I hope to get the LC page up and completed on the main site sometime next week.. So until then, here is the price info:

SM420/465 to RF1A Gear Drive Toy T/case Kit: $449
This will include two billet adapters, custom 10-spline female 2.28:1 input gear, a new 6209 front input bearing, and the mounting hardware for the adapters.
The 2 adapters are about 1.25" thick combined.
You will need the donor parts to build for either your crawl box (if you want to use a LC t/case [3 or 4 spd]) or a complete toy tcase if you are going to swap over to that route (center rear, passenger front).

RF1A Gear Drive Toy T/case reduction housing to 3- or 4-spd Land Cruiser Transfercase: $649
This will include one billet adapter plate, one complete aftermarket mainshaft, and the attaching hardware.
This adapter place is about 1 1/3" thick.
This will bolt behind the Reduction Housing from a RF1A Gear Drive Pickup T/Case and bolt to the front of a Land Cruiser 3 or 4 spd t/case.

Cruiser Crawler Crawl Box: $299
This is optional. Assymbled by us.
This is where we take a core Gear Drive Pickup T/case, tear it down, clean it up, mill front case and line bore to 5mm oversized, and then assymble the above mentioned $449 kit with the above mentioned $649 kit.

So in the end, If you are going to use the RF1A Gear Drive pickup t/case for your transfercase, then it will cost: $449 for the kit, or $749 for the completed (5mm line bored + milled + cleaned + inspected) front reduction housing unit assymbled.

If you are going to use a 3- or 4-speed LC Transfercase as your transfercase, then it will cost: $1098 for the Kit, or $1397 for the completed unit.

I will get more info and take pictures of what will be included in each kit later next week.

Regards,
BigMike

Yes, a company by the name of Doubler OffRoad Designs in Carbondale, CO has what you need.
They make a 8" long adapter that offers a 2.0:1 low range. Give them a call at (970) 945-7777.

I spoke to Marlin and he said that he has no future plans with the 203.
Marlin said that your 203 sitting behind your Turbo 400 (700R4 without overdrive) uses a 6 bolt rear flange and that we would have to provide flange adapters to go to the 4 bolt toyota pattern, and then that would require more driveline mods, and ohh boy...

Apprx (and off the top of my head) it should be 1.25" (front two billet adapters) + 4" (Gear Drive Reduction Housing) + 1.3" (Rear billet adapter) = Just over 6.5" Long.

Looks about 6 and 5/8".

I think you miss understood, he says he wants to go from the t400 to a toy case, not use the 203 at all....just to claify.

It's a jeep, you need that small driveline to clear the transmission - hope clearance on the short adapter works out..

Brandon, there are 3 versions running now. 2 behind SM420 and 1 behind SM465. We looked at the dual mini/SM420 option and drivelines will be close but I think.....it will fit.

Are they all in cruisers, any bolted up to the toy mini case (single case, center output)?
