« on: Apr 19, 2009, 08:00:05 PM »
i just need some help on what wires to connect to on my auto harness cause the manual tranny only has two connectors, but my harness for the auto has like 6 connectors. I need to know what wires to jump to get the truck started, what wires to jump to get the reverse lights to come on and what wires to jump for 4wd light. thanks for any help guys.

I converted a auto to a manual. I took the little sensor off the side of the shift linkage, I fooled the truck into thinking it was either in park or neutral, I'm not sure which but I never  had a problem. I just tuck it away undere the dash of the truck.
