Topic: Distributor upgrades?

On the everlasting quest for a little bit more performance from my 22r, I was curious if anyone has had any real world experience with aftermarket distributors, and/or ignition systems ie: jacobs, crane etc..... I think LC engineering has the distributor. Was the cost worth the increase in performance?

I've seen a local guy come in with Jacobs on a 22re and he said his gas mileage was better but he could not tell a difference in performance. Im sure you will need to do multiple mods that compliment each other before you will really begin to "notice" any such large gains....
