I wanted to share with everyone that last night I was contacted by an online shopper who could not checkout via PayPal.
I looked into the problem and found out I had misconfigured our security setting: I forgot to add
www.PayPal.com as a trusted website.
So I got it all fixed now
The error was related to cgi-bin/webscr not found and a search being performed once a shopper tries to Confirm his order and checkout via PayPal. This error was only caused when PayPal was selected as a payment option.
