You'll need a SAS Kit from Marlin or trailgear, Allpro to fits this axle to your Tacoma. If intrested PM me with your number i may know someone that will help you.

I believe all Toyota's drop on the same side.  I think there are some t-case options that drop on the other side, but don't quote me on that.  Possibly a mini-toy t-case to Tacoma transmission adapter.

im not ready to swap it right away, im just working on getting the axle and i will build it when i can, thanks for your help

SOLD!!!! Also have an 83 Axle for 300 if any one interested let me know ill post some picture soon.

tacos are drivers drop, but if you find a t case from a 22re w56 tranny you can switch that with your taco t case (if you have the 2.7 engine and tranny) and wham bam you have yourself a solid axle taco with a pass drop

i have the 2.7L and i have the W56 tranny,  so i need to find the different transfer case off a 22re motor?  what year trucks am i lookin for?  If im lucky i could find one at a junk yard.

oh nice. yes as far as i know you just need the pass drop t case and it will swap over. it should be anything from 85 till 95, just look for a wr6 tranny that has a pass drop t case. they are all over the place. ill check again to make sure
