diff question
« on: Feb 20, 2009, 10:40:33 PM »
Can the rear or front diff from a V6 3rd gen truck or 90-95 4runner fit in my front solid axle? Trying to go cheap on gearing.

the rear diff from the v6 truck will bolt into any front or rear 8" solid axle

The IFS front diff wont fit, it is too small.

i wrote that the frist time, then removed it because i thought i misread it.....

what i stated first is correct, the rear will work in the front or rear, but snowtoy is right about the front diff from the ifs truck, its a 7.5" and wont work in any solid axle
