Topic: Attention Oregon members!!!

Go and send your representative an email protesting this bill.  Basically, the Gov. wants to ban all tires that would increase rolling resistance, and aftermarket accessories.  This includes off road rigs, and performance cars.  If your car/truck didn't come with it, you won't be allowed to install it.  Even if the tire is the same size, but have gone to a traction tire, would be a illegal!!  Anything that could potentially affect fuel performance.  This guy is a TOOL!! We in our county our Governor!!

Oregon is touching CA, this kind of stupidity is known to be contagious. Personally if I was restricted in such a way as to endanger my life in an accident if I couldn't put a traction type tire on my vehicle and had and accident due to that........               















...........can you say sue? If I had an accident due to lost traction on ice or snow just because I couldn't put a true mud and snow tire on my vehicle somebody is going to pay. I sure hope there are smarter people in Oregon that that brain.

They kicked the bill to the curb for now.  I sent a email saying the same thing.
